अतिकायवधः

The Slaying of Atikāya

तान्यायुधान्यद्भुतविग्रहाणिमोघानिकृत्वा स शरोऽग्निदीप्तः ।प्रगृह्यतस्यैवकिरीटजुष्टम् ततोऽतिकायस्यशिरोजहार ।।।।

tāny āyudhāny adbhuta-vigrahāṇi moghāni kṛtvā sa śaro ’gni-dīptaḥ |

pragṛhya tasyaiva kirīṭa-juṣṭaṁ tato ’tikāyasya śiro jahāra ||

اُن عجیب و غریب ساخت والے ہتھیاروں کو بے اثر کر کے، وہ تیر جو آگ کی طرح دہک رہا تھا، پھر اُسی کے تاج سے آراستہ اَتِکایَہ کا سر پکڑ کر جدا لے اُڑا۔
