The Slaying of Kumbhakarna
विद्रुतांवाहिनींदृष्टवावानराणामितस्ततः ।कुम्भकर्णेनसुग्रीवंगृहीतंचापिवानरम् ।।।।हनुमांश्चिन्तयामासमतिमान् मारुतात्मजः ।
vidrutāṃ vāhinīṃ dṛṣṭvā vānarāṇām itas tataḥ |
kumbhakarṇena sugrīvaṃ gṛhītaṃ cāpi vānarām ||
hanumāṃś cintayām āsa matimān mārutātmajaḥ |
جب ہنومان نے دیکھا کہ وانروں کی فوج اِدھر اُدھر بھاگ رہی ہے، اور کُمبھکرن نے سُگریو—اس وانر کو—پکڑ لیا ہے، تو دانا ماروت آتماج ہنومان غور و فکر میں پڑ گیا۔
