कुम्भकर्णवधः
The Slaying of Kumbhakarna
ततोहरीणांतदनीकमुग्रंदुद्रावशूलंनिशितंप्रगृह्य ।तस्थौ स तस्यापततःपुरस्तान्महीधराग्रंहनुमान् प्रगृह्य ।।।।
tato harīṇāṃ tad anīkam ugraṃ dudrāva śūlaṃ niśitaṃ pragṛhya |
tasthau sa tasyāpatataḥ purastān mahīdharāgraṃ hanumān pragṛhya ||
پھر وہ نیزہ، جو نہایت تیز و نوکیلا تھا، ہاتھ میں لے کر بندروں کی اُس ہیبت ناک فوج پر جھپٹ پڑا۔ مگر ہنومان نے پہاڑ کی چوٹی اٹھا لی اور ڈٹ کر اسے اپنے آگے رکھ لیا، جب حملہ آور اس کی طرف لپکا۔
Thereafter Kumbhakarna holding a sharp pike rushed towards Hanuman who uprooted a mountain peak and obstructed him placing it before him.
