Kumbhakarna’s Departure for Battle
सर्पैरुष्ट्रैःखरैरश्वैस्सिम्हद्विपमृगद्विजैः ।अनुजग्मुश्चतंघोरंकुम्भकर्णंमहाबलम् ।।।।
sarpair uṣṭraiḥ kharair aśvaiḥ siṃha-dvipa-mṛga-dvijaiḥ |
anujagmuś ca taṃ ghoraṃ kumbhakarṇaṃ mahābalam ||6.65.35||
وہ ہولناک اور مہابلی کُمبھکرن کے پیچھے پیچھے چلے—کوئی سانپوں پر سوار، کوئی اونٹوں، گدھوں اور گھوڑوں پر؛ اور بعض تو شیروں، ہاتھیوں، ہرنوں اور پرندوں پر سوار تھے۔
On dreadful and mighty serpents, camels, donkeys, horses, lions, antelopes, and birds also the Rakshasas accompanied Kumbhakarna.
