सवीरशोभामभजन्महाकपिःसमेत्यरक्षांसिनिहत्यमारुतिः ।महासुरंभीमममित्रनाशनःयथैवविष्णुर्बलिनंचमूमुखे ।।6.56.38।।
sa vīra-śobhām abhajan mahā-kapiḥ sametya rakṣāṃsi nihatya mārutiḥ |
mahā-suraṃ bhīmam amitranāśanaḥ yathaiva viṣṇur balinaṃ ca mūmukhe ||6.56.38||
ماروتی، وہ مہاکپی، راکشسوں سے آمنے سامنے ہو کر انہیں قتل کرتا ہوا، دشمنوں کا قاہر، ایسی ویرانہ شان سے جگمگا اٹھا جیسے میدانِ کارزار میں مہابلی اور ہولناک اسوروں کو گرا کر خود وشنو جلوہ گر ہوتا ہے۔
The Vanaras could not counter or stand nor fight in battle. What to say more? Shattered by Akampana's arrows, they all took to their heels.
