evaṃ vilapatas tasya tatra rāmasya dhīmataḥ |

dinakṣayān mandavapur bhāskaro 'stam upāgataḥ ||

Translation

یوں وہاں دانا رام اسی طرح فریاد کرتا رہا؛ دن ڈھل گیا اور سورج—جس کی روشنی مدھم ہو چکی تھی—مغرب میں ڈوب گیا۔
