Transliteration

atra sā mṛgaśāvākṣī matkṛte janakātmajā |

pīḍyate śoka-santaptā kṛśā sthaṇḍila-śāyinī ||

Translation

یہیں جنک کی بیٹی، ہرن آنکھوں والی سیتا، میری ہی خاطر دکھ اٹھا رہی ہے؛ غم کی تپش سے جلتی، دبلی ہو گئی ہے اور ننگی زمین پر لیٹی ہے۔
