यस्यविक्रममाणस्यशक्रस्येवपराक्रमः ।एषगन्धर्वकन्यायामुत्पन्नःकृष्णवर्त्मनः ।।।।तदादेवासुरेयुद्धेसाह्यार्थंत्रिदिवौकसाम्

yasya vikramamāṇasya śakrasyeva parākramaḥ |

eṣa gandharva-kanyāyām utpannaḥ kṛṣṇa-vartmanaḥ ||6.27.20||

tadā devāsure yuddhe sāhyārthaṃ tridivaukasām

جب وہ بڑھتا ہے تو اُس کی شجاعت خود شکر (اِندر) کے پرَاکرم کے مانند ہے۔ یہ کرشن ورتمن کے سبب ایک گندھرو کنیا سے پیدا ہوا؛ اور دیوتاؤں اور اسوروں کی قدیم جنگ میں تری دیو کے باسیوں کی مدد کے لیے اُبھرا۔
