अङ्गदवाक्यम्—सीताहरण-प्रतिवेदन-धर्मविचारः
Angada’s Counsel on Reporting Without Sita
दृष्टा देवी न चानीता इति तत्र निवेदनम्।।।।अयुक्तमिव पश्यामि भवद्भिः ख्यातविक्रमैः।
dṛṣṭā devī na cānītā iti tatra nivedanam |
ayuktam iva paśyāmi bhavadbhiḥ khyātavikramaiḥ ||
“وہاں جا کر یہ گزارش کرنا کہ ‘دیوی کو دیکھا تو ہے مگر لائے نہیں’—میں اسے تم جیسے نامور شجاعوں کے لیے نامناسب سمجھتا ہوں۔”
"O vanaras, you are known for your valour. I think, to tell Rama that we have seen Sita but not brought her is not proper".
