षोडशः सर्गः (Sarga 16): Hanumān’s Recognition of Sītā and Renewed Lament
भर्ता नाम परं नार्या भूषणं भूषणादपि।एषा तु रहिता तेन भूषणार्हा न शोभते।।5.16.26।।
bhartā nāma paraṃ nāryā bhūṣaṇaṃ bhūṣaṇād api |
eṣā tu rahitā tena bhūṣaṇārhā na śobhate ||5.16.26||
شادی شدہ ناری کے لیے اس کا پتی ہی سب سے اعلیٰ زیور ہے، زیورات سے بھی بڑھ کر۔ اس سے جدا ہو کر، اگرچہ وہ آراستگی کی سزاوار ہے، پھر بھی زیوروں میں اس کی رونق نہیں رہتی۔
