'Massive like the shining peak of mount Kailas and valiant like the mighty-buffalo in form, Dundubhi possessed the strength of a thousand elephants.
Dharma here is indirect: the text sets up a truthful benchmark of immense physical power, against which later claims and judgments (about Vālī and Rama) can be weighed responsibly.
A descriptive introduction to Dundubhi, whose remains and story become part of the proof-context for evaluating heroic strength.
Satya in narration: the account establishes measurable standards (like “a thousand elephants”) to communicate magnitude clearly.
