jīvaty api mahārāje tavaiva vacanaṃ vayam |

na atikramāmahe sarve velāṃ prāpyeva sāgaraḥ || 2.67.37 ||

Translation

مہاراج کے زندہ ہوتے ہوئے بھی ہم سب نے کبھی آپ کے فرمان سے تجاوز نہ کیا؛ جیسے سمندر کنارے کو پا کر اپنی حد سے آگے نہیں بڑھتا۔
