praṇamya rāmas tān viprāṃs tṛtīyāyāṃ dadarśa saḥ | striyo vṛddhās tathā bālā dvāra-rakṣaṇa-tatparāḥ || 2.20.12 ||

Translation

ان برہمنوں کو پرنام کر کے رام نے تیسرے صحن میں دیکھا کہ عورتیں—بوڑھیاں بھی اور کمسن بھی—دروازے کی نگہبانی میں مستعد کھڑی ہیں۔
