कच्चित्ते सफला वेदाः कच्चित्ते सफलाः क्रियाः।कच्चित्ते सफला दाराः कच्चित्ते सफलं श्रुतम्।।।।
kaccit te saphalā vedāḥ kaccit te saphalāḥ kriyāḥ | kaccit te saphalā dārāḥ kaccit te saphalaṃ śrutam ||
کیا تمہاری ویدوں کی تعلیم بارآور ہوئی؟ کیا تمہارے اعمال و تدبیریں کامیاب رہیں؟ کیا تمہارا گھریلو جیون (دارا) پھلدار رہا؟ اور کیا شاستروں سے سنی ہوئی باتیں تمہارے اندر عمل کی حکمت بن کر روشن ہوئیں؟
I trust, the Vedas you have studied are fruitful, the acts which you commenced are productive, your wife is fruitful (blessed with a son) and the scriptures you studied are useful.
