Lakshmana Consoles Rama on Fate, Fortitude, and Right Action

त्वव्दिधा न हि शोचन्ति सततं सत्यदर्शिनः।सुमहत्स्वपि कृच्छ्रेषु रामानिर्विण्णदर्शनाः।।3.66.14।।

Transliteration

tvadvidhā na hi śocanti satataṃ satyadarśinaḥ |

sumahatsv api kṛcchreṣu rāmānirviṇṇadarśanāḥ || 3.66.14 ||

Translation

اے رام! تم جیسے سدا سچ کو دیکھنے والے اور بصیرت والے لوگ، بڑے سے بڑے کٹھن وقت میں بھی مسلسل نوحہ نہیں کرتے۔ جو نگاہ ستیہ پر قائم ہو وہ مایوسی میں نہیں ڈوبتی۔
