शब्दादिभिर्गुणैर्विप्राः संयुक्ता उत्तरोत्तरैः । नानावीर्याः पृथग्भूतास्ततस्ते संहतिं विना

اے برہمنو! بھوت آواز وغیرہ کے گُنوں سے یُکت ہیں، اور ہر اگلے میں ترتیب وار مزید گُن شامل ہوتے جاتے ہیں۔ اس طرح ان کی قوّتیں جدا جدا ہیں اور وہ الگ رہتے ہیں؛ لہٰذا باہمی امتزاج کے بغیر کوئی کلیت قائم نہیں ہوتی۔
