देवदेव महादेव इन्द्र कामादि संस्तुत । संसारभवभीतोहं सुखोपायं ब्रवीहि मे

اے دیوتاؤں کے دیوتا، اے مہادیو—جسے اندر، کام وغیرہ سراہتے ہیں—میں سنسار کے بھَو سے خوف زدہ ہوں؛ مہربانی فرما کر مجھے سُکھ (نجات بخش خیر) کا آسان وسیلہ بتا دیجیے۔
