FAQs

“Bhārgava” commonly denotes a figure of the Bhṛgu lineage—often Paraśurāma in Purāṇic contexts—though it can also function as a lineage-epithet depending on the surrounding passage.

It states that properly performing the worship described results in “sarva-kāmāpti”—the fulfillment/attainment of all desired aims—for people.

Not here; it serves as a transition and benefit-statement, indicating that the detailed procedure of Bhārgava’s worship will be explained next.
