शीतांशु निहतास्ते तु दैत्यास्सर्वे निपातिताः । हिमप्लावित सर्वांगानिरूष्माण इवाग्नयः

śītāṃśu nihatāste tu daityāssarve nipātitāḥ | himaplāvita sarvāṃgānirūṣmāṇa ivāgnayaḥ

شیتانشو (چاند) کے وار سے وہ سب دَیتیہ گرا دیے گئے؛ ان کے سارے اَنگ برفانی سیلاب میں بھیگ گئے، گویا آگیں ہوں جن کی حرارت بجھ چکی ہو۔
