बृहत्त्रपा मे देवेंद्र यद्भूमेस्तु पदत्रयम् । ब्राह्मणस्य विशेषेण प्रार्थितं तु त्वया विभो

bṛhattrapā me deveṃdra yadbhūmestu padatrayam | brāhmaṇasya viśeṣeṇa prārthitaṃ tu tvayā vibho

اے دیویندر! مجھے بڑی شرم آتی ہے کہ تم، اے قادرِ مطلق، مجھ سے زمین کے تین قدم مانگ رہے ہو—خصوصاً جب یہ ور ایک برہمن سے طلب کیا گیا ہے۔
