उपवासी भवेन्नित्यमशक्तौ नक्तमिष्यते । कुर्यादेवमिदं नारी रसकल्याणिनी व्रतं

وہ ہر روز روزہ رکھے؛ اگر طاقت نہ ہو تو صرف رات کا کھانا (نکت) جائز ہے۔ اس طرح عورت ‘رس کلیاننی’ نامی یہ ورت ادا کرے۔
