अताडयद्दंडघातैः शिवशर्मा सदातुरः । एवं कृतेपि धर्मात्मा नैव कुप्यति कर्हिचित्

atāḍayaddaṃḍaghātaiḥ śivaśarmā sadāturaḥ | evaṃ kṛtepi dharmātmā naiva kupyati karhicit

شیوشَرما، جو ہمیشہ بے چین تھا، لاٹھی کے واروں سے اسے مارتا رہا؛ پھر بھی ایسا سلوک ہونے پر وہ دھرماتما کبھی کسی وقت غضبناک نہ ہوا۔
