جتنا عرصہ ضبطِ نفس والا شخص اس منتر کا پورا ایک ہفتہ جپ کرتا ہے، اتنے ہی میں ایک لمحے میں ساری زمین پانی سے بھر جاتی ہے۔

It emphasizes that mantra-japa, when performed with strict sense-restraint and sustained discipline for a fixed period (seven days), is portrayed as extraordinarily potent—capable of producing vast, world-altering results—thereby underscoring the Purana’s stress on niyama (regulated practice).
While framed as a mantra’s power, the key bhakti principle is inner restraint and continuous remembrance through japa; devotion is shown as effective when it is steady, time-bound, and supported by self-control rather than mere verbal repetition.
The verse points to practical mantra-sadhana discipline—especially the use of a fixed observance period (saptāha) and the importance of niyama/indriya-saṃyama—principles aligned with ritual procedure (Kalpa) and correct practice of japa.
