ततो मां प्रार्थयामास देहि मेऽङ्गविभूषणम् । तन्मया नहि दत्तं तु भर्त्रे व्यसनिने तदा ॥ ६२ ॥

tato māṃ prārthayāmāsa dehi me'ṅgavibhūṣaṇam | tanmayā nahi dattaṃ tu bhartre vyasanine tadā || 62 ||

پھر اس نے مجھ سے التجا کی، “مجھے اپنے زیورات دے دو۔” مگر اس وقت میں نے اپنے شوہر کو، جو لت اور مصیبت میں گرفتار تھا، وہ زیورات نہ دیے۔
