Narada (instructive narration within the Anukramanika-style section)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: adbhuta
It states the twofold fruit of correctly following the prescribed rite: worldly well-being (sarva-saukhyam) and a transcendental destiny after death—reaching the supreme state (paraṁ padam).
While the verse is framed as a ritual phala-śruti, its goal is not merely merit but final ascent to the Supreme Abode, aligning ritual discipline with a God-oriented end (param padam), a typical puranic bridge between karma and bhakti-driven liberation.
The emphasis is on vidhāna (correct procedure), reflecting the practical side of Kalpa (ritual science) and its phala-śruti framing—how precise observance is said to yield defined results.
