Narada
Vrata: Koṭilakṣeśvarī-vrata
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: shanta
It emphasizes that a vrata is completed through proper dāna (charitable giving) to qualified, injunction-knowing Brahmins, followed by disciplined observance of the vow’s closing meal on the next day—linking devotion with righteous conduct.
Bhakti is expressed not only through worship but through humble service and offering—here, honoring dharma by giving to worthy recipients and observing the correct timing for concluding the vow.
Ritual precision (vidhi) is highlighted—knowing injunctions about dāna and the correct time to eat (parā-dina), reflecting applied Kalpa (ritual procedure) and attention to proper vrata-parāṇa.
