The Second Twelve-Month Vrata: Dvitīyā Observances and Their Fruits

समर्प्य देवे भक्त्यैव स मूर्तिं प्रददेद्द्विजे । एवं कृते व्रते विप्र साक्षात्सूर्य इवोदितः ॥ २७ ॥

samarpya deve bhaktyaiva sa mūrtiṃ pradadeddvije | evaṃ kṛte vrate vipra sākṣātsūrya ivoditaḥ || 27 ||

اس مورت کو صرف بھکتی کے ساتھ دیو کے حضور نذر کرکے، پھر اسے دْوِج (برہمن) کو دان دے۔ اے وِپر! یوں ورت کرنے والا نوطلوع سورج کی طرح درخشاں ہو جاتا ہے۔
