वत्सरादौ वसंतादौ बलिराज्ये तथैव च । पूर्वविद्धैव कर्तव्या प्रतिपत्सर्वदा बुधैः ॥ ६ ॥

Transliteration

vatsarādau vasaṃtādau balirājye tathaiva ca | pūrvaviddhaiva kartavyā pratipatsarvadā budhaiḥ || 6 ||

Translation

سال کے آغاز میں، بہار کے آغاز میں، اور اسی طرح بلی راج سے متعلق زمانے میں بھی—پرتپدا تِتھی ہمیشہ ‘پُوروِدّھا’ قاعدے کے مطابق ہی داناؤں کو کرنی چاہیے۔
