Matsya Purana — Manvantaras, Shloka 66

अबुद्धिपूर्वकं तद्वै चेतनार्थं प्रवर्तते तेनार्षं बुद्धिपूर्वं तु चेतनेनाप्यधिष्ठितम् //

abuddhipūrvakaṃ tadvai cetanārthaṃ pravartate tenārṣaṃ buddhipūrvaṃ tu cetanenāpyadhiṣṭhitam //

وہ (عام قول یا فعل) پیشگی فہم کے بغیر محض شعوری مقصد کی طرف چل پڑتا ہے؛ اس لیے رشیوں کا آرش کلام فہم کے ساتھ پہلے سے ہوتا ہے اور بیدار چیتنا کے زیرِ اہتمام قائم رہتا ہے۔
