*शुक्र उवाच वृतो ऽनया पतिर्वीर सुतया त्वं ममेष्टया गृहाणेमां मया दत्तां महिषीं नहुषात्मज //

*śukra uvāca vṛto 'nayā patirvīra sutayā tvaṃ mameṣṭayā gṛhāṇemāṃ mayā dattāṃ mahiṣīṃ nahuṣātmaja //

شُکر نے کہا—اے بہادر، میری محبوب بیٹی نے تمہیں ہی اپنا شوہر چُنا ہے۔ پس اے نہوش کے بیٹے، میری عطا کردہ اس سردار ملکہ کو قبول کرو۔
