Adhyaya 58 — The Kurma-Form of Narayana: Mapping Bharata through Nakshatras, Regions, and Planetary Afflictions
etatpīḍā amī deśāḥ pīḍyante ye kramoditāḥ / yānti cābhyudayaṃ vipra ! grahaiḥ samyagavasthitaiḥ

Public well-being is described as cyclic: adversity and prosperity alternate with cosmic timing, suggesting governance and personal conduct should be steady and dharmic across changing conditions.
It belongs to loka-vṛtta / time-order exposition adjacent to manvantara material; it is a practical application of Purāṇic cosmology rather than a core creation genealogy.
The verse implies a resonance between macrocosm (grahas) and microcosm (society), where ‘proper placement’ symbolizes harmony of forces and balanced guṇas.
