Illustrious lineage is framed as a consequence of dharmic order: beings who embody yajña and proper relations become ‘radiant in assembly,’ i.e., fit for governance and counsel.
Sarga/Pratisarga genealogical enumeration, feeding into Manvantara history by mapping progenitors and their issue.
‘Radiant in assembly’ implies inner luminosity manifesting as social/cosmic authority—symbolically, clarity (sattva) arising from sacrificial alignment.
