समः समासनो भूत्वा संहृत्य चरणावुभौ । संवृतास्यस्तथैवोरू सम्यग्विष्टभ्य चाग्रतः ॥
samaḥ samāsano bhūtvā saṃhṛtya caraṇāv ubhau | saṃvṛtāsyaḥ tathaivorū samyag viṣṭabhya cāgrataḥ ||
آسن میں برابر اور ثابت ہو کر دونوں پاؤں اندر کھینچے؛ منہ بند رکھے، رانوں کو درست طور پر جما دے، سہارا لے کر انہیں سامنے صحیح ترتیب میں قائم کرے۔
