लेपादुल्लेखनात् सेकाद्वेश्मसंमार्जनार्चनात् ।

केशकीटावपन्ने च गोग्राते मक्षिकान्विते ॥

lepād ullekhanāt sekād veśma-saṃmārjanārcanāt /

keśa-kīṭāvapanne ca go-ghrāte makṣikānvite //

لیپ کرنے، کھرچنے، چھڑکاؤ (پروکشن)، جھاڑو/صفائی اور گھر کی پوجا سے گھر پاک ہوتا ہے—چاہے وہ بال اور کیڑوں سے آلودہ ہو، گائے کے سونگھنے سے ناپاک ہوا ہو، یا مکھیوں سے بھرا ہو۔
