Adhyaya 35Madālasa’s Instruction on Purity, Impurity, and Corrective Rites (Śauca and Aśauca)

पुनः पाकेन भाण्डानां पार्थिवानाञ्च मेध्यता ।

शुचिर्भैक्षं कारुहस्तः पण्यं योषिन्मुखं तथा ॥

punaḥ pākena bhāṇḍānāṃ pārthivānāñ ca medhyatā /

śucir bhaikṣaṃ kāru-hastaḥ paṇyaṃ yoṣin-mukhaṃ tathā //

پھر برتن—خصوصاً مٹی کے—آگ پر تپا کر/پکا کر پاک ہوتے ہیں۔ بھیک کا کھانا پاک سمجھا جاتا ہے؛ کاریگروں کے ہاتھ لگا ہوا مال تجارت کے لیے پاک مانا جاتا ہے؛ اور اسی طرح عورت کے منہ سے چھوا ہوا (کھانا/پانی وغیرہ) بھی خاص ضابطے کے مطابق طہارت کے حکم میں آتا ہے۔
