अतः प्रयच्छ मे वीर हिरण्यार्थं स्वभूषणम् ।
यदेतत् कण्ठलग्नं ते रक्ष चेमं माश्रमम् ॥
ataḥ prayaccha me vīra hiraṇyārthaṃ svabhūṣaṇam | yad etat kaṇṭhalagnaṃ te rakṣa cemam āśramam
پس اے بہادر، سونے کے لیے اپنے گلے میں لٹکا ہوا وہ زیور مجھے دے دو؛ اور میرے اس آشرم کی بھی حفاظت کرو۔

Generosity is praised, but indiscriminate giving can empower adharma. The ideal donor considers the worthiness of the recipient and the wider consequences.
