Chapter 58: Arjuna’s Deployment of the Indra-Weapon
अभिवाद्य महाबाहु: सामपूर्वमिदं वच: । उवाच श्लक्ष्णया वाचा कौन्तेय: परवीरहा
abhivādya mahābāhuḥ sāmapūrvam idaṃ vacaḥ | uvāca ślakṣṇayā vācā kaunteyaḥ paravīrahā || vīrau tāv abhisarambdhau saṃnikṛṣṭī mahābhujau | chādayetāṃ śaravrātair anyonyam aparājitau ||
ویشَمپاین نے کہا—پہلے ادب سے سلام کر کے مہاباہو، پر-ویَرہا کُنتی پُتر نے نرم اور مصالحت آمیز لہجے میں یہ بات کہی۔ پھر وہ دونوں مہاباہو سورما غصّے سے بھر کر قریب آئے اور تیروں کی بوچھاڑ سے ایک دوسرے کو ڈھانپنے لگے؛ مگر کسی پر بھی مغلوب ہونے کے آثار ظاہر نہ ہوئے۔
