Draupadī’s Instruction on Marital Conduct and Household Discipline (चित्तग्रहण-उपदेश)

अप्रमेया यथोत्पन्ना: श्रीमन्तस्तिमिरापहा: । राजन्‌! इस प्रकार मैंने इन अप्रमेय, अन्धकारनिवारक तथा दीप्तिमान्‌ महामना अग्नियोंकी जिस क्रमसे उत्पत्ति हुई है, उसका तुमसे वर्णन किया

aprameyā yathotpannāḥ śrīmantas timirāpahāḥ | rājan! iti prakāreṇa mayā ime ’prameyā andhakāranivārakāś ca dīptimanto mahāmanā agnayaḥ yathākrameṇa utpannāḥ, tad varṇitaṃ tava ||

مارکنڈیہ نے کہا—اے راجَن! اس طرح میں نے تمہیں ترتیب کے ساتھ بیان کیا کہ وہ بے اندازہ، تاریکی کو دور کرنے والی، درخشاں اور عظیم الروح آگیں کیسے پیدا ہوئیں۔
