कृतयुगवर्णनम् तथा राजधर्मोपदेशः

मलयं चापि पश्यामि पारियात्र च पर्वतम् | एते चान्ये च बहवो यावन्त: पृथिवीधरा:
malayaṃ cāpi paśyāmi pāriyātraṃ ca parvatam | ete cānye ca bahavo yāvantaḥ pṛthivīdharāḥ ||
وَیشَمپایَن نے کہا—میں ملَیَہ کی پہاڑی سلسلہ اور پارییاتر پہاڑ بھی دیکھتا ہوں؛ اور ان کے سوا زمین کو تھامنے والے بے شمار دوسرے پہاڑ بھی۔ اُس مہاتما بچے کے پیٹ کے اندر گھومتے ہوئے جب میں آگے بڑھا تو ہِمَوان، ہیمکُوٹ، نِشَدھ، رَجَت سے آراستہ شویتگِری، گندھمادن، مَندراچل، نیل نامی مہاگِری، سونے سے دمکتا مَیرو، مہَیندر، اُتم وِندھْی، ملَیَہ اور پارییاتر—یہ سب پہاڑ مجھے دکھائی دیے۔ وہ سب طرح طرح کے جواہرات سے مزین تھے۔
