Adhyāya 168: Arjuna’s counters to māyā-rains and the onset of darkness

यथा दृष्टश्न॒ ते शक्रो भगवान् वा पिनाकधृक् । यथैवास्त्राण्यवाप्तानि यथैवाराधितश्ष ते
yathā dṛṣṭas tvaṁ te śakro bhagavān vā pinākadhṛk | yathaivāstrāṇy avāptāni yathaivārādhitaś ca te ||
وَیشَمپایَن نے کہا— “اے دشمنوں کو دبانے والے! جیسے تُو نے شکر (اندر) کا دیدار کیا، یا پیناک دھاری بھگوان شِو کو دیکھا؛ جیسے تُو نے دیویہ اَستر حاصل کیے؛ اور جیسے تیری دیو-آرادھنا کامیاب ہوئی— سب کچھ بعینہٖ بیان کر۔ اور اندر نے جو کہا کہ ‘ارجن نے میرا نہایت عزیز کام انجام دیا ہے’ تو وہ کون سا محبوب کام تھا جو تُو نے پورا کیا؟”
