Chapter 49: Sañjaya’s Enumeration of the Pāṇḍava Coalition (पाण्डवसैन्यसमागम-वर्णनम्)
संजय उवाच राज्ञों मुखमुदीक्षन्ते पज्चाला: पाण्डवै: सह । युधिष्ठिरस्य भद्रें ते स सर्वाननुशास्ति च,संजयने कहा--महाराज! आपका कल्याण हो। पांचाल और पाण्डव सभी राजा युधिष्ठिरके मुखकी ओर देखते रहते हैं और वे उन सबको विभिन्न कार्योंके लिये आज्ञा देते हैं
sañjaya uvāca rājño mukham udīkṣante pāñcālāḥ pāṇḍavaiḥ saha | yudhiṣṭhirasya bhadraṃ te sa sarvān anuśāsti ca ||
سنجے نے کہا— اے راجا! آپ کا بھلا ہو۔ پانچال پاندوؤں کے ساتھ یُدھشٹھِر کے چہرے کی طرف دیکھتے رہتے ہیں؛ اور یُدھشٹھِر بھی ان سب کو مناسب طور پر ہدایت دیتا ہے اور مختلف کاموں پر مقرر کرتا ہے۔
