अलंकृता वस्त्रवत्य: सुगन्धा अबीभत्सा: सुखिता भोगवत्य: । लघु यासां दर्शनं वाक् च लघ्वी वेशस्त्रिय: कुशल तात पृच्छे:
alaṅkṛtā vastravatyaḥ sugandhā abībhatsāḥ sukhitā bhogavatyaḥ | laghu yāsāṃ darśanaṃ vāk ca laghvī veśastriyaḥ kuśala tāta pṛccheḥ ||
یُدھِشٹھِر نے کہا— “اے عزیز سنجے، اُن عورتوں کی بھی خیریت دریافت کرنا جو آرائش و لباس کی خدمت پر مامور ہیں—جن کا دیدار دلکش ہے اور گفتگو نرم؛ جو زیوروں سے آراستہ، عمدہ لباس میں ملبوس، خوشبو سے معطر؛ گھناؤنے برتاؤ سے پاک، آسودہ حال اور سامانِ عیش سے بہرہ مند ہیں۔”
