एवमुक्ता तु सा तेन शाल्वेनादीर्घदर्शिना । निश्चक्राम पुराद् दीना रूदती कुररी यथा,अदूरदर्शी शाल्वके ऐसा कहनेपर अम्बा कुररीकी भाँति दीनभावसे रुदन करती हुई उस नगरसे निकल गयी
evamuktā tu sā tena śālvenādīrghadarśinā | niścakrāma purād dīnā rudatī kurarī yathā ||
یوں کہے جانے پر، دوراندیش شالْو کے الفاظ سن کر امبا کُرَری پرندے کی طرح دِل شکستہ ہو کر روتی ہوئی اُس شہر سے نکل گئی۔
भीष्म उवाच
