मित्राणि ते प्रह्ृष्यन्तु व्यथन्तु रिपवस्तथा । सौक्षात्रं चैव तेउ्द्यास्तु भ्रातृभि: सह पाण्डवै:
mitrāṇi te prahṛṣyantu vyathantu ripavas tathā | saukṣātraṃ caiva te 'dyāstu bhrātṛbhiḥ saha pāṇḍavaiḥ ||
تمہارے دوست شادمان ہوں اور دشمن اسی طرح رنج و اضطراب میں مبتلا ہوں۔ اور اے کرن! آج ہی سے پانڈو بھائیوں کے ساتھ تمہارا سچا رشتۂ اخوت اور حسنِ نیت قائم ہو۔
