अविलम्बमनायस्तमद्रुतं धीरमूर्जितम् । असंसक्ताक्षरपदं स्वरभावसमन्वितम्
avilambam anāyastam adrutaṃ dhīram ūrjitam | asaṃsaktākṣarapadaṃ svarabhāvasamanvitam ||
روایت نہ بہت ٹھہر ٹھہر کر ہو، نہ ہی حد سے زیادہ تیز۔ وہ سہولت کے ساتھ، وقار اور قوت کے ساتھ آگے بڑھے؛ حروف اور الفاظ آپس میں گڈمڈ نہ ہوں، ادائیگی صاف ہو؛ اور آواز و جذبہ باہم ہم آہنگ ہوں— تبھی معنی مٹھاس کے ساتھ ظاہر ہوتا ہے۔
