Svargārohaṇa-parva Adhyāya 5 — Karmaphala-Nirdeśa and Phalāśruti (कर्मफलनिर्देशः फलश्रुतिश्च)
इमां भारतसावित्रीं प्रातरुत्थाय यः पठेत् । स भारतफल प्राप्य परं ब्रह्माधिगच्छति
imāṃ bhāratasāvitrīṃ prātar utthāya yaḥ paṭhet | sa bhārata-phalaṃ prāpya paraṃ brahmādhigacchati ||
وَیشَمپایَن نے کہا—جو شخص صبح سویرے اٹھ کر اس ‘بھارت-ساوتری’ کی تلاوت کرتا ہے، وہ پورے مہابھارت کے مطالعے کا ثواب پا کر پرَب्रह्म کو حاصل کر لیتا ہے۔
