Svargārohaṇa-parva Adhyāya 2 — Yudhiṣṭhira’s Inquiry for His Kin and the Vision of a Punitive Realm
द्रष्टमिच्छामि तां चाहं पाञज्चालीं धर्मचारिणीम् । न चेह स्थातुमिच्छामि सत्यमेवं ब्रवीमि व:
draṣṭum icchāmi tāṃ cāhaṃ pāñcālīṃ dharmacāriṇīm | na ceha sthātum icchāmi satyam evaṃ bravīmi vaḥ ||
یُدھِشٹھِر نے کہا—میں اُس پانچالی، دھرم پر چلنے والی دروپدی کا دیدار کرنا چاہتا ہوں۔ اور میں یہاں ٹھہرنا نہیں چاہتا۔ یہ سچ میں تم سے کہتا ہوں۔
