अव्यक्त-गुण-पुरुषविवेकः | Avyakta, Guṇas, and Discrimination of Puruṣa

एकरात्रान्तराशित्वमेककालिक भोजनम्‌ । चतुर्थाष्टमकालश्नल पषछ्ठकालिक एव च,कभी एक रातका अन्तर देकर भोजन करता है, कभी दिन-रातमें एक बार अन्न ग्रहण करता है और कभी दिनके चौथे, छठे या आठवें पहरमें भोजन करता है

ekarātrāntarāśitvam ekakālikabhojanam | caturthāṣṭamakālaśnala ṣaṣṭhakālika eva ca ||

وسِشٹھ نے کہا— وہ خوراک میں سخت پابندی رکھتا ہے: کبھی ایک رات کا وقفہ دے کر کھاتا ہے، کبھی پورے دن اور رات میں صرف ایک بار غذا لیتا ہے۔ اور کبھی دن کے چوتھے، چھٹے یا آٹھویں پہر مقررہ وقت پر کھاتا ہے— یہ نپا تلا ضبط نفس ہے۔
