देहदोषांस्तथा ज्ञात्वा तेषां दुःखं च तत्त्वतः । देहविक्लवतां चैव सम्यग विज्ञाय तत्त्वतः

dehadoṣāṁs tathā jñātvā teṣāṁ duḥkhaṁ ca tattvataḥ | dehaviklavtāṁ caiva samyag vijñāya tattvataḥ ||

جسم کے عیوب کو پہچان کر اُن سے پیدا ہونے والے دکھ کو بھی حقیقت کے ساتھ سمجھنا چاہیے۔ اسی طرح جسم کی کمزوری اور اضطراب کو بھی جیسا ہے ویسا درست طور پر جان لینا چاہیے۔
