Measures of Time from the Unmanifest; Creation, Elements, and the Primacy of Mind

The verse teaches that true righteousness is grounded in inner purity: when the indwelling Self in the heart is approached without दोष (fault, malice, corrupt intent), the seeker becomes established on the path of the good, and this very state of purity and right-standing pleases the gods.
Haṃsa is instructing about the inner spiritual criterion of a 'good path': not merely external acts, but the faultless, purified orientation toward the inner Self (the heart-dwelling Puruṣa). The statement links inner realization and ethical steadiness with divine approval.
